On the 5th of August, 2000 the Orange County Chapter of the Knights of the Vine refined their palates by attending a Component Tasting conducted by Robert Mondavi Winery.
After the component tasting, members of the Orange County Chapter of the KOV applied their newly aquired skills by enjoying a fantastic dinner at McCormick & Schmick's Restaurant, Irvine, CA.
