On the December 1st, 2000 the Orange County Chapter of the Knights of the Vine enjoyed a festive holiday dinner at The Celler in Fullerton, CA.

The Celler bosts one of the most extensive, glamorous collections of wine in America, with more than 1300 labels presided over by Trudy and Ernest Zingg, whose Golden Sceptre award-winning restaurant is one of only a handful of restaurants in the world to consistently receive Wine Spectator magazine's "Grand Award" The Cellar’s dim, intimate cave was created for romantic dining under the former Hotel California by the craftsmen who built Disneyland.
