On the 31st of March, 2001, the Orange County Chapter gathered at ATHENA'S in Costa Mesa, CA for an evening of Mediterranean cuisine, lively music, flirtatious belly dancing and (oh ya) superb wine.
The evening featured a menu selected and prepared by Master Knight (and Master Chef) Murat Day.
