Orange County Knights and Gentle Ladies Are Doing A Little Wine Tasting in Our Own Backyard. Join Us!  Hamilton Oaks Vineyard is the newest vineyard in Orange County. A small family run winery nestled in the hills of Trabuco Canyon. Owner Ron Tamez has pioneered the efforts to bring the wine-making business back to Orange County. OC KOV will be sampling several wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Zinfandel and Gewürztraminer) along with the hospitality of the Tamez family who will BBQ for us on their new deck. Due to limited parking we recommend everyone meet at Commander Tom McCrystal’s home by 3:30 pm and car pool over.
